Returns and refunds

Workbred products are made to order. Please review the size chart and your shipping details before placing an order.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.

Items must be unworn and unwashed. We do not accept returns for choosing the wrong size, changing your mind, or entering an incorrect shipping address. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Do not mail an item back without contacting us first. If a return is approved, we will provide the correct instructions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; bank processing times may vary.

Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly. Contact us immediately through our Contact page. We cannot guarantee cancellation after production has started.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
